Villa Punta Ruzmarin
Villa Punta Ruzmarin is a beautiful, traditional Mediterranean villa situated right on the edge of the Adriatic Sea, on the Eastern side of the beautiful island of Brac. This privately owned villa is built to suit the best of tastes, fully adorned in limestone from the Island of Brac - the same stone that was used to build the White House and the historic Diokletian's Palace in the city of Split, along with many other monumental buildings along the Dalmatian Coast. The bay on which it sits is quiet and beautiful, with crystal clear water perfect for swimming.
The villa offers a view of the bay, along with a view of the city of Makarska, just a ferry ride away. The villa sits in a quiet and private location offering peace and tranquility, with gorgeous Mediterranean landscaping,
A private terrace is just steps away from the beautiful crystal clear Adriatic Sea, with private beach areas for swimming and sunbathing. There is a buoy available to tie up a boat. With its perfect bay location, the villa lend itself to many water activities, such as water skiing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, and sailing. Just a quick walk from the villa, you have a tasty local restaurant, Restaurant Bilin, with fine local Croatian cuisine. The main chef, Marija makes a delicious seafood risotto - a highly popular entree.

How to get here:
You have two options by ferry, if traveling by car.
1) You can take the Jadrolinija (Jadrolinija.hr) ferry from the city of Split, which takes you directly to the town of Supetar, on the other side of the island. Once you arrive in Supetar, follow the main Island road to the direction of Selca/Sumartin. It will be about a 40 km drive. Once you see signs for the town of Selca, keep going towards the Sea, directly following the main road. Once you arrive at the Sea, you will be at an intersection: to the left is Sumartin and to the right takes you to Punta Ruzmarina (there will be a sign). Take that road towards the right and you will reach the end of the road in about 1km. Our Villa will be on your left.
2) You can also take the Ferry directly from the city of Makarska to the town of Sumartin. Sumartin is only 3 km away from Punta Ruzmarin. Once you arrive in Sumartin, take the main road out of town. Once you reach the intersection, make a left. From this point on, it will be about 1 km to the end of the road and you will arrive at our Villa.
Keep in mind that ferry connections from Sumartin are less frequent and the ferry is smaller. Split connections are almost every hour and ferries accommodate a higher number of passengers and cars per day, so in the middle of the season it is a recommended route when you're traveling with a car.
